Dr. Rob Kozma
Advisor
Dr. Rob Kozma brings over three decades of international experience at the intersection of science, business, and innovation. With a PhD in molecular and cell biology from the University of Edinburgh and postdoctoral work at top UK institutions, he transitioned into impactful roles in research, biotechnology, and strategic commercialization. He has a deep understanding of translational science, having helped pioneer prenatal diagnostics at Guy’s Hospital and led multiple spin-outs across the UK and Singapore, including therapeutic cannabinoids (UCL), T cell cancer therapies (Imperial College), and ancestry genetics (Oxford). At GSK, he contributed to novel drug target discovery. In Singapore, Rob was a founding member of Exploit Technologies and A*STAR’s Industry Development Group, instrumental in building the Genome Institute's commercial function and several successful diagnostics, genomics, and skincare ventures. He has developed commercialization strategies for hospitals, managed intellectual property portfolios, and facilitated major licensing and investment deals. With an MBA from Imperial College, Rob combines scientific depth with business acumen. As a partner at CEC, he advises life sciences and cleantech ventures on strategy, fundraising, IP, and partnerships. His global investor network and expertise in startup incubation make him a valuable strategic advisor to educational holding companies looking to bridge academia, innovation, and enterprise.

Prof. Peter Lim
Advisor
Prof. Peter Lim is a distinguished medical educator and advisor in the field of urology and men's health. He currently serves as Adjunct Professor (Men’s Health) at Edith Cowan University in Western Australia and holds an Honorary Professorship in Urology & Andrology at the Naval Medical School in Indonesia. In these roles, Prof. Lim contributes to academic development, curriculum guidance, and clinical mentorship for medical students and professionals across the Asia-Pacific region. He was appointed Dean of the Institute for Men’s Health, Singapore, in 2008, where he played a pivotal role in promoting public awareness and advancing medical education on male health issues. Prof. Lim has also been Visiting Professor at Dong-A Medical University, Korea, and a Visiting Consultant at leading hospitals in Singapore, allowing him to bridge academic insight with clinical application. A prolific contributor to medical literature, Prof. Lim has authored numerous peer-reviewed articles and contributed to nine medical books, often focusing on andrology, sexual medicine, and continence care. His service on editorial boards of respected journals, such as the Singapore Medical Journal and Annals of the Academy of Medicine, reflects his commitment to advancing scholarly standards in medical education and research. Through these academic appointments and editorial contributions, Prof. Lim continues to shape medical training and policy in men’s health, bringing decades of surgical and clinical expertise to the next generation of healthcare professionals.
